Now more than ever, we seem to be on the ‘anti-aging’ train. While we wait for science to find that magic pill that will halt aging, please join me for this workshop where we will discuss how to navigate and optimize our current physical, physiological, nutritional and emotional health.
This talk will discuss how to optimize:
Using a common sense approach to understand all these variables allows us to better manage the health issues that arise as we age.
In all, understand why our system goes out of balance and how to create an easy to practice system that allows us to stay fit and be healthy as we go through our busy and stressful lives.
We will end with a yoga class for all levels. This practice will be easy for you to incorporate into your daily life. I will introduce some very basic and fundamental precepts of yoga as we practice.
