The talk and practice:
Yoga is practiced across the globe in varied methods and styles. In this talk we will understand a few very traditional concepts as they relate to various health issues. we will introduce the concept of Ayurvedic constitutions, and how they affect your whole life. Plus, we will learn the theory behind Pranayama and meditation.
The 90 minute session will include the practice of asanas, pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation. We will open up blocked energy channels, which in turn help with squeezing out the daily stresses accumulated in the body. Also we will learn the techniques of a few pranayama, practice a guided meditation, and sit in a state of spontaneous meditation.
