Cupping Therapy treatments
60 minute treatment: $135
This session will do a deep cleaning, cupping massage, face mask and lymphatic drainage. Your face feels relaxed, looks brighter and tighter at the end of this facial.
Benefits of Facial Cupping: The suction effect pulls blood into the area of skin underneath the cup. The suction also separates different layers of tissues, resulting in microtrauma and tearing. This triggers an inflammatory response, flooding the area with white blood cells, platelets, and other healing aids, that in turn result in new cell formation resulting in tighter skin.
A couple of treatments show visible change, and the results of continued treatments are cumulative resulting in a firmer brighter face.

The suction of the cups rapidly facilitates rigid soft tissue release; loosening areas of adhesions and restrictions in the muscles, tissues and myo-fascial structures. It activating the secretion of synovial fluids to release joint stiffness in ways not possible with traditional massage.
The Cupping Detox
90 min treatment $250
This treatment requires commitment and dedication as it involves 10 consecutive sessions, one every other day. First we use cups to loosen the stagnant lymph from all over the body. And then we use a body brush to move the lymph. The body begins to detox as all the stagnant fluid and waste gets loosened up. A vegetarian diet with some food modifications is also suggested. At the end you will notice weight loss, tighter skin and an overall lightness. This treatment is recommended once or twice a year.
For Weight loss, Cellulite treatment, Lymphatic drainage, sprains, muscular aches and pains
Lose weight. Tone up the flab on the belly, underarms, thighs etc.
With age and poor lifestyle, our muscles, tissues, fascia, fluids become sluggish and contracted, which makes us gain weight, retain fat, form cellulite and lose the elasticity that is our inherent form. The suction of the cups rapidly facilitates rigid soft tissue release; loosening areas of adhesions and restrictions in the muscles, tissues and myo-fascial structures.
Cupping is also remarkable on rigid and aching muscles, activating the secretion of synovial fluids to release joint stiffness in ways not possible with traditional massage. It promotes metabolism within the skin tissue for better functioning of sweat and sebaceous glands, flushing capillary beds, draining stagnant blood, toxins and lymph and re-supplying vital nutrients.
What Is Chinese Cupping?
Dry Cupping is the term applied to a technique that uses small glass/plastic cups as suction devices that are placed on the ski to disperse and break up stagnation and congestion by drawing congested blood, energy or other humors to the surface. The suction in the cups causes the skin and superficial muscle layer to be lightly drawn into the cup; once the suction has occurred, the cups can be gently moved across the skin after the application of massage oils (often referred to as "gliding cupping). Cupping is much like the inverse of massage - rather than applying pressure to muscles, it uses gentle pressure to pull them upward. For most patients, this is a particularly relaxing and relieving sensation. Once suctioned, the cups are generally left in place for about ten minutes while the patient relaxes.
The side effects of cupping are fairly mild with just circular bruising dependent on the level of toxicity in the body. However, the skin should return to looking normal within 10-14 days.
The Philosophy Behind Pain and Cupping
The old Chinese medical maxim holds that pain results from the congestion, stagnation, and blockage of Qi, or vital energy, vital fluids, lymph, phlegm, and blood. If pain is the essence of disease, then suffering is a result of obstructed or irregular flow in the body. Chinese cupping is therefore a method of breaking up the blockage to restore the body’s natural flow of energy.
One of the earliest documentations of cupping can be found the way back to 300 AD. Cupping was established as an official therapeutic practice in the 1950s across hospitals in China after research conducted by Chinese and former Soviet Union acupuncturists confirmed cupping’s effectiveness. In recent years cupping has been growing in popularity, with celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, David Arquette, and athlete Michael Phelps drawing public attention to the traditional Chinese therapy technique.
